WCMBR type Marine Membrane Sewage Treatment Plant
International Maritime Organization concerning the Marine Environment Protection Committee conferred upon it by interactional conventions for the resolution IMO.MEPC.159 (55) adopted on 13 October 2006. The resolution made the fully new explanation referring to requirements of Marine sewage treatment in Annex IV of “MARPOL73/78 international Convention for the prevention of Pollution from ship ". All sewage treatment plants installed on board or after 1 January 2010 should comply with the effluent requirements. The details as following:
Our company has been one of the leads of domestic sewage treatment plant for decades. Nowadays we have successful developed new generation treatment method of “sequence-membrane”, and finished series of type approval test, salt water test, inclination test and zero loading test organized by China classification society.
This plant collected sewage in buffer and cut it in cutting pinup, the effluent from which is pumped in the sequence tank to carry out an integrative procedure controlling treatment "fending-aeration-setting-discharging-rest", the effluent is disposed by penetration of membrane to extract the filterable water and disinfected by ozone, complying with the effluent standard required in Resolution 159 (55) .
The effluent with a little bit more treatment can meet the requirements of "recycle water" and "zero discharging since MBR treatment technical is used to prolong the sludge discharge period
This plant adopts cross-MBR, which is more suitable in the working special for its convenient maintenance, installment than submerged-MBRPLC auto control to is used to match with 2411 engine room with nobody, which is also suitable for concentrated sewage water from vacuum collecting unit, membrane is better for relatively lower hydraulic load.
